Our providers

To run KrisBiz, we use outside providers in the categories below. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. Some, including our hosting and AI providers, are in the United States, so information may be processed outside Jamaica.

WhatsApp messaging: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), which sends and receives your business’s WhatsApp messages.

Hosting: the servers and databases where KrisBiz and its data are stored.

AI: services that help the assistant understand messages and voice notes and suggest replies.

Email: sending sign-in links, receipts and email reminders.

Card payments: processing card payments for KrisBiz subscriptions. We never see or store full card numbers.
